At Wear It Bold, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we can only offer refunds or replacements in exceptional circumstances.
When We Can Offer a Refund or Replacement:
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if:
• Your item arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your item does not arrive within 30 days.
To process a refund or replacement, we require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product. Once we verify the issue, we will either send a replacement or request a return before issuing a refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days for funds to process after a refund is approved.
When We Cannot Offer a Refund:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• You selected the wrong item, size, or color.
• The item is not damaged or defective.
• The item arrived later than expected.
• You no longer want the item.
As a small business, we do not have the facilities for returns or excess inventory. Each order is printed specifically for you, so please review your order carefully before checkout and refer to the size guide.
Order Changes & Discounts
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible to request a correction. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist you.
If a refund or replacement is not possible, we may be able to offer a discount for you to reorder with the correct details. Please contact us to see if your situation qualifies.
